Dosage and Preparations
- Wash or fruit, cut into small pieces and place Soursop leaves in the teapot with boiling water.
- Set the heat to medium, boil for 15-20 minutes
- Drink hot or cold 1-2 cups daily
- Add milk if desired
Side Effects
- NB: Soursop is not recommended to be taken as a supplement, use it minimal, 1-2 cups daily for few days or a week
- NB: Individuals with High blood pressure, Diabetes and on antidepressants must check with their Health providers before taking Soursop
- Soursop can kill nerve cells and cause symptoms similar to Parkinson’s disease, if taken every day
- It can interact with Hypertension and Diabetes medications
