Ingredients

  • Burdock root
  • Sheep sorrel
  • Slippery Elm bark
  • Indian rhubarb root

Dosage Preparation

  • Mix as follows, 1/2 cup of burdock root, 1 pound of sheep sorrel with the roots, 1/4 pound of slippery elm bark, and 1 ounce of Indian rhubarb root.
  • Boil the mix in 2 gallons of water for 10 minutes
  • Let the mixture steep for 12 hours, then reheat it to just below boiling.
  • Strain the liquid and store in sterilized glass bottles.
  • Drink 2-4 ounce of Essiac tea daily on an empty stomach, preferably before bedtime.
