Preparation and Dosage
- Crush black walnut hull to access powder
- 2-3 table spoons of grounded Black walnut into 3-4 cups of cold water, boil it for 20-40 minutes. Stain the liquid and drink as tea.
- Alternatively make a decoction, check with the health provider for appropriate dosage
- Take full spoon of a fine grounded powder, mix with water to make a paste, apply to fungus, ring worms, athletes foot, jock itch, etc. At least twice daily.
