Saffron – Place the foil inside small frying pan. Heat the frying pan gently and when you start feeling the heat on the palm of your hand, add saffron threads and toast for 30 seconds, be careful not to burn them. This will release essential oils and aromas, that will intensify the flavor of your dish.
Rhodiola Rosea – Roots and underground stems, wash them thorough, dried up and ground into powder, put in the pot, cover with cold water and bring to boil on a low heat, allow to simmer for 3-5 minutes. Serve as tea, or as a tincture, add on juice or water. Alternative ground the roots and grounded stems into fine powder and store in a sealed bottle. powder can be added into beverages such as water, juices, smoothies, and teas.
